Billy’s Laptop
My mate William has a new lap-top.
He got it cheap from a website on the net, and he’s pretty chuffed about it. It is a Compaq presario CQ, and he utilises it mainly for his university essays.
You are required to have a computer nowadays in order to write-up essays, due to the fact that there aren’t enough in the computer room.
My brother got his computer from a shop in town, and I’m certain that he could have got it for much less on the internet.
It’s a terrific laptop, nevertheless: a Sony Vaio VPC. But he didn’t make the effort to check out the prices at other places before he got hold of it, and that is why he was obliged to fork out so much money.

My father adores his laptop.
He bought it recently to supplant the old stand-up computer he kept on his desk. He bought a Toshiba Satellite C660, and he brings it along everywhere. He maintains it has utterly changed the manner in which he works, because these days he is able to get stuff done on the bus, or even at the boozer! Unquestionably changed days from the old days, and he needed to use a heavy typewriter.
The laptop that my sister bought is her fourth one in 2 years.
She’s constantly been clumsy, and she is liable to break stuff.
I remember the first time she owned a smartphone, she dropped it into a drain. After that her laptop was simply abandoned on the bus, and has not been spotted since. I pray that she is more careful with her Toshiba Satellite Pro, but I have to admit I am guessing that it will not be long until she will do some thing idiotic and has to acquire another one.
I have requested a different laptop for Christmas. My current computer is a touch broken now, so when you don’t keep it attached to the socket continuously it has a tendency to switch itself off. The computer I would like is the HP Pavilion g6, which should be perfect for my requirements.
It is a rather expensive item to receive for Xmas, however I reckon my mother and uncle are going to pool their resources to purchase it.
